The helium mass spectrometer leak detector is an instrument for the rapid localisation and quantitative measurement of leaks in sealed containers. Compared to bubble identification, pressure decay and halogen leak detection methods, helium mass spectrometry offers high detection sensitivity, speed and a wide range of applications. In addition, the helium mass spectrometer selects the non-toxic, non-destructive and lightweight inert gas helium as the exploratory gas, making it safe and reliable.

Introduction of Helium Leak Detector
SFJ-16M is a modular helium mass spectrometer leak detector with light modular structure design. It is suitable for low-pressure and high-pressure detection, which can be used for low-pressure detection in vacuum or local high-pressure detection by using sniffing line.
